A survey of commuters in Co Meath has reportedly found that most are unhappy with the long hours they face travelling to and from work every day.

Reports this morning said the survey found that a majority of commuters would change career and even take a drop in salary if they could get a job nearer their home.

A massive 91% said they wanted to work closer to home, with nine-out-of-10 saying they would take a job in the Meath area if the opportunity arose and two-thirds saying they would take accept a salary reduction if they didn’t have to commute.
